HENDERSON CONSTABLE

  • The Henderson Constable's Office is led by Constable Kenny Taylor. The Constable's Office is one of the oldest law enforcement agencies in the state of Nevada. Under state law, the Constable is a peace officer, serving a vital role in the legal process by, among other responsibilities, executing court order in civil and criminal matters, small claims, and evictions. 

NORTH LAS VEGAS CONSTABLE

  • The North Las Vegas Constable's Office is led by Constable Delgado Lopez, Jr. He has served as an elected Constable since November 2022.
